Implementation of the Open Ki Management model requires an in-depth commitment from both Open Ki Solutions and the organizational customer. Each relationship is custom designed and pricing is established following an initial consultation.
Clients in Crisis
Clients experiencing acute crisis due to leadership, financial, or other dire organizational issues require immediate attention. Following the initial consult, a rapid comprehensive crisis assessment is conducted which produces a short term strategic action plan outlining the path to recovery and organizational healing. According to the depth and severity of the crisis and the prescribed solutions, the organization is eventually tracked into the levels of engagement below which describe the full implementation of the Open Ki Management system into the organizational culture.
Clients in Transition
For clients who are experiencing or preparing for significant transitions, including new initiatives, mergers, restructuring, or executive transition, Open Ki Management offers a three-step engagement process which allows for previewing of the model for "fit", and allows organizational management to control the depth in which the model is embedded into organizational culture.

Open Ki Executive Training Institute
Executive Training Intensives
The Open Ki Management system is best implemented when senior management is immersed in the model through dedicated intensive training and application. The Open Ki Executive Training Institute provides Executive Training Intensives with application supervision to key management personnel and teams. Training programs are available via on-site company-sponsored institute events, as well as through periodic, structured regional intensives.
Executive Training Intensives are typically structured as a four-day intensive training event, or a series of three weekend intensive training events, comprised of 30 hours of hands-on instruction in the Open Ki Management model, interspersed with virtual instruction and application practicum work performed at each seminarianís own pace. On-site intensives conducted solely for your companyís management teams may be customized to fit best with your organizationís needs and circumstances.
Executive Training Intensives include the Open Ki Executive Management Training manual, virtual instruction through web and virtual conferencing, and three executive coaching sessions to enhance application of the model to your organization.
Open Ki Consultant Training Program
The Open Ki Executive Training Institute also offers training which leads to certification in the model for select consulting professionals. Application and interviewing is required for admission to this program. Consultant training is highly specialized and limited to small groups of trainees.
