About Donald Fann
With twenty–five years of management experience and almost three decades of dedication to the martial art, Aikido, Don recognized that he was instinctively integrating the principles and techniques from his martial arts practice in his management and training work. He then decided to formalize this discovery into an organizational healing approach, drawing not only on these martial arts principles, but also on other universal principles found in the natural world. The result was the creation of a revolutionary dynamic management system, which he named Open Ki.
Donald Fann is the principal partner of Open Ki Solutions and the innovator of the Open Ki Management model. Combining his early training in psychology and behavioral sciences with sound business management experience, and a black belt rank in Aikido, Don has worked with companies of all sizes and within many industries, providing a unique blend of consulting, training, and executive coaching services.
